  • 45 ml Aquafaba (chickpea brine)(3 Tbsp; makes a very stable cold foam (or use 1 egg white if you’re comfortable with it))
  • 2 g Matcha powder(1 tsp; sifted)
  • 1.5 g Fine sea salt(~1/4 tsp total, used in tiny, precise additions)

Instructions
