Ingredients

  • 1 tsp kosher salt(Divided use)
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice(Freshly squeezed, divided (2 tbsp for tahini, 1 tbsp for zhug))
  • 1 clove garlic clove(Finely grated)

Instructions
